The Weekday Preschool originally began as a “Mother’s Day Out” at Eastminster Presbyterian Church in 1997. From there the program grew into our preschool program, supported by the Preschool Ministry Team.
Mission
The mission of the Weekday Preschool Ministry Team is to extend the ministry
and mission of the church by providing quality care for preschoolers.
The Ministry Team is tasked with monitoring that mission and continuing to improve available services. It is within this context that all areas of learning will be expressed.
The program has a strong Christian foundation and presents a conscious awareness of God, His creation and constant love. A well-rounded and balanced program of physical, emotional, social, cognitive and spiritual activities is provided.
Our “Open Door “ policy encourages parents to visit, observe and participate daily. This interaction enables parents to learn alongside their child and promote individual success.
The Preschool follows the Brevard Public School Calendar and is open to church members and those families in the community looking for a quality preschool program with a foundation in Christian curriculum.
