DIVORCE RECOVERY PROGRAM BEGINS TUESDAY, JANUARY 5

     Dean Francisco, a Director with the Divorce Recovery Workshop (DR), announced that, beginning Tuesday, January 5, 2010, Eastminster Presbyterian Church in Indialantic will be the new location for Brevard County (the Orlando location will remain the same).


    “We’re excited about this venue because it’s easy to get to, and the folks at the church have been so supportive of our mission,” he stated. 

    Held on Tuesday evenings, from 7 to 9 pm, the programs are non-denominational and welcome anyone who has ended or is ending a significant relationship.

    Four consecutive, 11-week sessions are offered to provide friends, support, and resources as each individual journeys toward emotional healing. Small group discussions are also part of the DR program. Participants may start at any time during the series and continue through the next workshop to attend missed sessions.

    Childcare is provided for children to age 6; children ages 6 to 12 have their own DR program, to assist in dealing with the many emotions experienced. It runs at the same time as their parents' program.
