The purpose of Women's Ministry at Eastminster is to offer every women within our sphere of influence the opportunity to experience a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.  We wish to  deepen her intimacy with God and equip her to glorify Him through spiritual growth, meaningful ministry to others and encouraging relationships.

Below are just some of the ministries that women are involved with here at Eastminster.

Presbyterian Women (PW)

The Presbyterian Women organization is open to any woman who attends Eastminster.  Once a month a central group (the Board) gets together to plan events, receive reports and pray for upcoming events and people.  The effective structure is such that Eastminster is formed around four Circles.  Circles are groups of women who gather together once a month for prayer and Bible study plus discussion of PW upcoming events.  Each Circle has a responsible leader, a Bible lesson leader, a prayer leader, and a circle member who attends the central group Board meeting. 

Each Circle chooses a community charity to support and takes an offering at the monthly Circle meeting. Example: CITA, FIT, Sharing Center, Resurrection Ranch

There are many opportunities  to volunteer.

The Fall Rummage and Plant Sale

Fall Fashion Show

Christmas Luncheon and Program

Spring Tea

Christmas Gift Party

Children of Master’s Workshop.

The Presbyterian Women have donated to various community charitable organizations such as CITA, Duvall House and the Genesis House.

Consider becoming a member of this wonderful group.  Please know that you are gathering with Christian women who love to serve the Lord in prayer, Bible study and volunteering where needed in the Church.
